NUX Manchester – 3rd February 2014 – Critical Incident Technique

Welcome to NUX Manchester’s first event for 2014

The next NUX Manchester event is taking place on 3rd February and will be at the usual place at the Code Computerlove office in City Centre Manchester.

We’re delighted to have Jonathan Willson from MMU for our first event of 2014.

Critical Incident Technique: collecting data from a user’s perspective (aka What users really think).

Jonathan Willson, Principal Lecturer in Information and Communications at MMU. Jonathan works closely with Richard Eskins (known to many) teaching web development and our new UX unit, plus Digital Rights. Jonathan has applied CIT in a number of research projects as an inexpensive way to obtain rich data and deep insights.

After the talk there will be a chance for discussion as well as networking with like minded professionals. There will be light refreshments and beer provided by Code Computerlove.
It’s guaranteed to be a great night, register for tickets before they sell out.
